I recently went to Guillotine and left completely satisfied! This was my first visit and will not be my last. I had Jess as my stylist and she was terrific, certainly knows her stuff!

I got an email from HQ about Guillotine and I desperately needed waxing. I called and got an appointment that suited me that same day. The receptionist was very helpful. I drove over and got lost and called and got parking instructions and directions. I arrived for my appointment and the salon was full! It was a cute boutique salon with wine & crackers for the clients and couches. Very modern and upbeat. A stylist was talking to a preteen and how her friends liked her newly styled modern cut.

Lots of clients in and out. I got my waxer and was greeted and shown to the room and lay in the most plush salon bed ever (I think it had memory foam). The waxer put on a fresh sheet in front of me and I lay down and she checked my face and we discussed the waxing. She was upbeat and friendly and efficient. We talked for a bit and relaxed for a bit too. I could hardly feel the waxing, ok what I mean is that in other salons I feel so much pain that this time I was pleasantly surprised. She waxed me in small efficient strips and therefore I hardly felt it. Most areas were done only once so that gave me little redness and spots.

I completed the service and went upfront and dealt with the receptionist and left plesantly surprised.

You can't go wrong visiting this salon and trust that you will be taken care of!
